Here is that reason why XTATIC has vowed to walk N@K3D in Nairobi's CBD

Last weekend, a scantily dressed woman was stripped naked by rogue touts in Nairobi and the incident seems to have angered women who claim that this is lack of respect for them.

Xtatic was not left behind and she has vowed to walk naked if anyone would dare to do the same to her;

THIS QUICKLY ANGERS ME !!!!

If she is indecent…. Mfunike … Mnunulie nguo then tell her to wear that …WHAT WILL STRIPPING HER HELP THE FUCKING COMMUNITY? men are now doing this for their own excitement and entertainment because some are touching her … LEVELS TO THIS??

… Imbeciles!!! THIS is what brings about the mentality of you are allowed to take advantage/rape a woman because of how she dresses , NKT!!!!

Then some twitter idiot has the nerve to encourage this stupidity!! Abuse is not enough , rape is not enough

I swear if someone calls me out for my dressing in an appeal for people to strip me,
I will willingly take off my clothes and walk to where I was going …

Because it’s seems you have interest in taking women’s clothes off , let her do it herself , THEN THE FUCK WHAT!!

All LUOs, LUHYAs and KISSIs in a circulated leaflet given 1 week to Vacate KANGUNDO ROAD or DIE

Hate leaflets are being circulated around Kangundo Road warning the Luo, Luhya and Kisii communities to vacate the region with immediate effect or else they will be killed.

The leaflets started circulating on Tuesday this week, right before the early Wednesday morning demolition and destruction of structures along the road.

The demotion of houses along Kangundo Road all through Njiru was sanctioned by the Government of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, on the pretext that the structures were under the power lines and therefore posed a great danger to the tenants.

The demotions happened at the wee hours of Wednesday morning without any prior notice to vacate.

However, it is not clear if the hate leaflets had anything to do with the Jubilee Government-sanctioned demolition of houses along in the region.

The source of the leaflets and who spread them is still a mystery but the police are on top of things to unravel those behind hate mongering.

22 year old Woman jailed for five years for stealing a Child

A Nairobi court has jailed a 22-year-old woman for five years without the option of a fine for stealing a child.

Irene Adhiambo pleaded guilty to the charge of child stealing. She admitted that on October 26, in the Kiamaiko area of Huruma, Nairobi, she fraudulently took and detained the baby.

The court heard that before the incident, Ms Adhiambo had befriended the baby’s mother, who was new in the city, and pretended that she would secure her a job.

“On the day of the incident, the baby’s mother had left her behind in a relative’s rented house in Huruma — where she was residing with the relative — and gone shopping only to return and find the baby and the visitor missing,” prosecutor Noah Chemweno told the court.

In mitigation, Ms Adhiambo said she is a mother of two and begged for forgiveness, but Magistrate Enock Cherono ruled that the offence was serious and called for a deterrent sentence.

The child was traced to the woman’s house in Kawangware in Nairobi after a neighbour who had seen her sneak out with the baby alerted the police.

She has 14 days to appeal.

"I Will Humble JOSEPH OLE LENKU In Court" - Says LAWYER AHMEDNASSIR

Controversial lawyer Ahmednassir Abdullahi has promised to €˜bring down Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph ole Lenku when they come face to face in court.

Ahmednassir, whose views about Lenku’s performance are public, says, after the case, Lenku will go back to his career in the hospitality industry.

€œI promise ole lenku will meet his Waterloo in court,€ said Ahmednassir on Twitter. The threat to kick Lenku out of the influential public office was made via microblogging site Twitter just hours after news filtered that Lenku had sued Ahmednassir for defamation.

Then as if to pour cold water on the suit, and the consequences that might arise if the courts rule in favour of the Cabinet Secretary, Ahmednassir said Lenku was €œpublic property€. A public servant is legally incapable of being defamed.

He is a public property, would I have defamed ole Lenku if he remained in his former job?€ posed the controversial lawyer. Ahmednassir€™s broadside on the Interior Cabinet Secretary, a former boss of Utalii College, the government€™s hospitality school, comes just a week after the Law Society of Kenya said it will punish lawyers for professional misconduct if they post unpleasant comments on social media.

In a suit filed through his lawyer Donald Kipkorir, Lenku, said that between October 27 and November 11 the lawyer “falsely and maliciously printed and published defamatory words against him.” Lenku and Ahmednassir have been sparring on Twitter to an extent that Lenku had to ask the Director of Public Prosecutions to intervene and have the lawyer prosecuted.

€œIn consequence of the said publications, the plaintiff has been injured in his credit, character and reputation and brought into hatred, ridicule and contempt,€ Mr Kipkorir states in the application filed late Friday.

The Cabinet Secretary, in the suit, added that the lawyers twitter posts portrayed him (Lenku) as a person who does not understand or respect law among other issues raised. Ahmednassir had linked Lenku to the invasion and grabbing of land in Narok and Kajiado counties. Lenku is seeking for aggravated and exemplary damages.

OLE LENKU sues lawyer AHMEDNASIR ABDULLAHI over tweets linking him to a land grabbing saga

Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph ole Lenku has formally filed a defamation suit against lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi over claims on Twitter linking him to a land grabbing saga in Narok and Kajiado counties.

The CS had on November 4 issued a notice to the lawyer to apologise, but he declined and posted his reply on Twitter to the effect that Lenku can sue if he so wishes. Mr Lenku petitioned Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Keriako Tobiko to arrest and prosecute Ahmednasir for defaming him in his Twitter handle.

In the defamation suit filed at the High Court yesterday, the Interior CS claims that between October 27 and November 11 the lawyer falsely and maliciously printed and published defamatory words against him.

He says Ahmednasir also published the said words to ‘steal a march in the civil suit he has filed in a Machakos court on behalf of Nguruman Ltd against the CS and others’. He further claims the lawyer published libelous accusations over land grabbing in some parts of Narok, alleging that Karen scandal is just a tip of the iceberg.

The Interior CS through his lawyer Donald Kipkorir, says Ahmednasir made serious and unsubstantiated allegations which smacks criminal charges against him. Lawyer Kipkorir says the DPP should institute criminal prosecution against the author and indict him with the offence of misuse of social media.

The CS says the posts portrayed him as a person who does not understand or respect law among other issues raised. “In consequence of the said publications, the plaintiff has been injured in his credit, character and reputation and brought into hatred, ridicule and contempt,” Mr Kipkorir states in the application. He is seeking for aggravated and exemplary damages.

SONKO undressed N@KED by Fake Prophet KANYARI for conning him Ksh. 500,000

Embattled Salvation Healing Ministry Pastor Victor Kanyari, has sensationally claimed that he was conned Sh 500,000 by Nairobi Senator, Mike Sonko.

In an exclusive interview with one of the local dailies, Kanyari who was last week exposed for trading fake miracles and prayers for money,  said  Sonko called him at his office at Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC) and told him a prominent family was looking for someone to pray for them at a cost of Sh24 million.

“True to Sonko’s word, the following day, I received a call and a meeting was set up. I was in town along Tom Mboya and within 30 minutes, a Land Rover came for me. I parked my car and got into a GK Land Rover driven by a man in military uniform,” Kanyari said.

“But instead of heading to the venue in Muthaiga, we drove towards KICC,” Kanyari added.

He said his driver was instructed to first go to Sonko’s KICC offices, where Sonko ordered Kanyari to pay a connection fee of Sh 500,000 so that he can be taken to the prominent family.

“I offered him my car as collateral, but he refused. So, I went to town and raised Sh500, 000 from friends. After receiving the cash, Sonko told me to go and wait in the Land Rover at the parking lot,” Kanyari who was almost crying said.

Kanyari says when he got to teh parking lot, there was no Land Rover and when he went back to Sonko’s office, the Senator’s security barred him from accessing Sonko.

“I was conned, but I take full responsibility for being gullible,” He said adding that he reported the matter at KICC Police Post but the police did not believe him.

But in a swift rejoinder Sonko dismissed these claims asking Kanyari to produce evidence.

"I know him and a lot of other bishops but I have never done business with anyone of them. If Kanyari says I conned him, let him come forward with evidence," Sonko said.

MIKE SONKO insults Bishop WANJIRU by telling her is a con-woman like KANYARI

Nairobi Senator, Mike Sonko, on Wednesday said former Starehe MP, Bishop Margaret Wanjiru, who is the proprietor of Jesus is Alive Ministries (JIAM) is also a fake pastor like Victor Kanyari of Salvation Healing Ministries.

Reacting to a story in one of the local dailies saying he conned Pastor Kanyari Sh 500,000, Sonko dismissed those allegations saying Kanyari has been colluding with Bishop Wanjiru to malign his good name.

Instead, Sonko urged the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Keriako Tobiko, to investigate  Kanyari  and Bishop Wanjiru, who he said have been conning their gullible followers for the last 15 years they have been in that “business”.

“We know them but many people fear exposing them. I would like the DPP to investigate men of God who perform fake miracles.”  Sonko said.

On Bishop Wanjiru, the flamboyant Senator said “She is a church leader yet instead of preaching, she is busy bad-mouthing her opponents for political mileage. I wonder what example she is setting for her followers,”

When asked for comment, Bishop Wanjiru refused to comment on Sonko’s verbal diarrhoea and instead said she will continue preaching the word of God.

RAILA ODINGA’s full statement exposing UHURU/ RUTO's failures

This meeting is the first in a series we intend to hold with our elected leaders into the first quota of 2015 as part of the mid term review of our performance.

These meetings should help us sort out thorny issues, consolidate our strongholds, perform better and prepare better for next elections.

Allover the world, ruling parties remain focused on retaining power. Opposition parties train their eyes on how to attain power and turn their ideals into policies. It is not any different with us.

Opposition parties acquire power by constantly critiquing government policies and offering alternative realities. The short and clearest path to power for opposition parties is that of showing that they could have done better, that there are better ways to govern a country than what is being offered.

That means our work should have been extremely easy here, with the many, many failures of the Jubilee regime. It is not a secret that Kenyans are making do with certainly the most incompetent and arguably the most corrupt regime the country has ever known.

Insecurity is at its worst. Under Jubilee, the economic environment has deteriorated rapidly especially for the poor. Inflation continues to rise; the exchange rate remains volatile.

Under Jubilee, Kenya is now de-industrializing. Cadbury and Eveready have recently closed shop in Kenya and will now sell products imported from Egypt. That means loss of jobs for thousands of youth.

Tourism is at its lowest, horticulture, tea and miraa sectors are all struggling to survive. In fact, the formal sector has more or less stopped creating jobs.

Jubilee has refused to reform the Police. Instead, it is reforming and militarizing the National Youth Service. Never in Kenya's history has the government's edict held sway over less of the country than it does now. In over half the country, the government's authority is almost worthless.

There is clear attempt to muzzle civil society and the media. Donor supporters are being vilified. The country is surely on the path to the past.

Yet these many failures and our alternatives to them are not our supporters hear from us.

Instead, the loudest word we hear is either silence or a small but growing voice of those who say, we must work with Jubilee for the sake of development and to capture power in 2017.

From where I sit, I know supporting the policies of a failing regime can never be a path to capturing power. It is therefore my position that you are either with us or with them. You are for us or against us. It can't be both. And we have rules that can be applied to deal with the scenarios.

This is about our future as a region and as leaders as much as about our country. How do we want our country and our voters to remember and judge us in two years time?

For those who don't know, the best things ever to happen in our country in the last two decades never came from the government but from the opposition.
Multipartism was not a gift from the government. It is the oppositions gift to this nation. The Constituency Development Fund, which has put money and power in the hands of MPs, came from the Opposition. The Free Primary Education came from the Opposition as we battled and eventually defeated Kanu in 2002. The New Constitution and particularly devolution and County governments is the work of the opposition.

These changes were not brought by a battalion. They were forced on KANU by a small band of committed and inspired MPs who risked life and limb for the sake of us all.

We should feel proud that ODM and by extension CORD is the party that retains a majority of those patriots working hand in hand with a new crop of youthful leader.

A focused and committed opposition does and can deliver. To take over the Promised Land, Joshua was told to leave the many panicking soldiers in the camp and proceed with a fearless and committed few. The time has come for us too to take a stand, make a decision and draw the line.

And so we convened here to deliberate on these emerging scenarios and take a position as a party and a region before we can move to other regions to do the same. Our ultimate goal is to capture power in 2017 through better organization, better ideologies and better articulation of issues.

ALFRED MUTUA's wife, JOSEPHINE, speaks about their Collapsed Marriage

Machakos Governor, Dr Alfred Mutua, has been accused by his wife, Josephine Thitu Maundu, of mistreating her and her children for the last two years.

In a statement to the press, Josephine, who is currently seeking asylum with her children in Australia accused the Governor of neglecting his family since the day he married his second wife, Lilian Nganga.

Josephine also accused Mutua of failing to surrender her matrimonial property which they acquired with him when he was his wife for more than 15 years.

The controversial property is in Westlands and Mutua has refused to surrender the keys to his wife who claims that she has papers to show that she is the rightful owner of the property.

Through her lawyer, Carol Wanjeha, Josephine threatened to go to court and sue Mutua for grabbing her property.

“Dr Mutua has not lived at Grevilla Park 32 since December 2012 and the property is now legally registered in my name as the sole owner. Dr Mutua no longer represents me in any matter. We do not jointly own any property and he is not involved in any of my day-to-day activities, including physical care of our three children. I am currently in Sydney Australia,” Josephine said through email from Australia.

But in a quick rejoinder, Mutua dismissed those allegations saying “Josephine is a blatant liar and a con-woman”

“Don’t believe everything someone tells you. All these are lies. All these allegations aren’t factual,” Mutua said.
